I help individuals harness the power of vulnerability, so they can unleash their full potential.

You'll move from surviving to thriving, from isolation to connection, from shame to self-compassion.

I'm not here because I have all the answers—I'm here because I've walked through hell and found my way back.

Four decades of fighting taught me that the strongest thing you can do is admit you need help.

Mental health isn't a weakness to hide—it's a strength to nurture. Vulnerability isn't failure—it's courage.

You'll move from surviving to thriving, from isolation to connection, from shame to self-compassion.

Strong Enough to Feel: Rethinking Mental Health in the Workplace

I spent 42 years believing that strength meant suffering in silence. As a 20-year educator and former Division 1 athlete, I bought into the myth that acknowledging mental health struggles was a weakness. I was wrong. This keynote reveals how "leave your feelings at the door" cultures actually crush performance, kill retention, and cost organizations millions.

Through my authentic journey from untreated ADHD at age 4 to finally owning my story at 47, I show leaders practical strategies to transform mental health from workplace liability into a competitive advantage. The bottom line: when employees can bring their authentic selves to work, everyone wins.

COLLEGE  / ATHLETICS

Strong Enough to Feel: Redefining Athletics with a Clear Mind Frame

I was a Division 1 recruit who suffered with undiagnosed mental health issues for decades - believing that "tough it out" was the only way.

That mentality nearly destroyed me. This keynote confronts the dangerous stigma in athletics that equates mental health awareness with weakness.

I share evidence-based techniques and the breakthrough strategies that helped me go from decades of struggle to finally owning my illnesses instead of letting them own me. Athletes and coaches learn how vulnerability becomes their secret weapon for peak performance and lasting success.

EDUCATORS

Nurturing Our Students and Ourselves: Reclaiming Mental Health through Self-Care

After 20 years in the classroom, I can tell you the truth nobody wants to say out loud: we're drowning. We pour everything into our students while ignoring our own anxiety, depression, and burnout. I did it for decades - untreated ADHD since age 4, pushing through until I nearly broke at 46.

This keynote is for every educator who's ever felt guilty for struggling, ashamed for being overwhelmed, or afraid that admitting you need help makes you weak. It doesn't. I share the concrete strategies that saved my career and my life - from recognizing your warning signs to accessing real support systems.

You can't pour from an empty cup, and you can't teach authenticity while hiding your own struggles. When we finally take care of ourselves first, we become the educators our students truly need - and the professionals we deserve to be.

There were actions that mirrored my own experiences with mental health and served as a great reminder on how to keep yourself grounded in the present and embrace your challenges, not alone, but with the support of others.
